Dashboard, in eComsta is the index page of the admin control panel.
Dashboard typically indicates items that are related to the financial activities at the top of the page, moving into less important statistics at the bottom. All the information is organized and presented in a way that is easy to read.
The above screen shows the number of orders placed today, yesterday, this month and all the time.
The left side shows the number of visitors visited within the last 7 days. This information is gathered from Google Analytics; therefore, you need to configure your Google Analytical account first, in order to see this graph. To configure Google Analytics settings, please visit the Settings->Settings->Analytics section. Admin can also change the number of days to be shown on the graph.
The right-hand side shows the number of orders placed in the last month. You can also see day wise order details by hovering mouse on the dotted symbol.
These are the total number of listings that exists in the application. Admin can easily find out the number of inactive, featured, deleted and spammed listings. The count of listings which are having business hours is shown in the Listings with Business Hours row.
The above figure shows the number of listings under each package.
This figure shows the total number of categories and locations (countries + states + cities). Emails in Queue shows the emails which are to be sent, useful for bulk emailing when email server has per day email limitation.
A total number of products and services are shown in this block. It is also easy to find the number of products that needs admin activation in order to display them to users.
A total number of images added under listings are shown in this block. Count of newly added images or images that require activation or which are activated is displayed here.
A total number of videos added by customers are shown in this block. Count of newly added videos or videos that require activation is also displayed.
A total number of classifieds, classifieds which are active and inactive are shown in this block.
A total number of comments by users on all listings are shown in this block. Besides, admin can also easily find out the total number of Pending, Active, Flagged, Spammed and Rejected comments.
This block shows the total number of active and inactive keywords that exist in the system.
